My Plan to Create and Open and Collaborative City Hall

Hello,

Today, I’m releasing my Open and Collaborative City Hall Plan.

This plan lays out 15 concrete actions to make local government more open, accountable, and collaborative.

It's about giving residents a direct and meaningful voice in City decisions, making it easier to understand what City Hall is doing, and bringing people together across our community to solve problems and move good ideas into action.

Guided by the principles and ideas in this plan, we can create a City Hall that listens, works collaboratively, and delivers results for Guelph.
